  5.  Enter adult and child information

  8.  Simply give your email or phone number to the cashier!

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the park with walk-in

If you need a meal break just sign out and come back later your ticket to play is good for the day.

If you book a “Kids Snack” Birthday Party you are allowed to bring your own cake (no other food allowed).
If you book a “Kids Meal” Birthday Party you are allowed to bring your own food and cake.

I’m an adult who isn’t going to be playing in the structure. Do I still have to remove my shoes?

Yes. Socks are mandatory for children and adults for sanitary purposes. Being that some children crawl on the floor we try and maintain it as clean as possible.

I’m bringing in my child for their birthday and don’t want to book the package. Can I still bring a Cake?
No. There are no outside food or drinks allowed for general admission (including cake), but we’re happy you will spend the day with us!
I’m invited to a birthday party. Is there anything I should do to prior arriving?

Yes. Please sign our waiver online prior to coming in (no child can enter the facility without a waiver signed by their parents or guardian) and bring socks for all in your party, you’re ready!”

How long can I stay?

ALL DAY! Yes, you read correctly. All Day!

Do I need to pay for each hour like most places?
No. Your entrance is an All day pass.
Can I leave and return on the same day? Is there an additional fee?
Yes. You can leave and come back as many times as you like during the day at NO additional cost.
If I leave and plan on returning should I notify a staff member?
Yes. A staff member will sign you out making your return a stress-free process.
I need to run out for a second. Can I leave my child alone briefly?
NO. Children may never be left unattended at any time. An adult must monitor the child always. Otherwise, it’s considered Child Abandonment!
My child is under 12 months old, do I still need to pay?
Yes. Unless accompanied by other siblings.
Can I go in the structure and play with my child?
Absolutely. We encourage all parents to partake in their child’s fun.
How can I speed up my entrance to the park?
Have your waiver signed online prior to coming in so you can skip the long wait.
My child is autistic can they still play?
Yes. Keep in mind we may have a surprise parade, which may bother some children. Due to the loud music, dim lighting and elevated noise levels. Please let one of the staff members inform you prior if this may bother your child. Your child’s enjoyment is our sole purpose.
What are the House Rules?
  • Everyone must have a signed waiver (all adults and kids)
  • No shoes allowed except in the restrooms
  • Socks are mandatory for both kids and adults
  • No outside food or drinks
  • No running up the slides
  • The toddler area is for kids in diapers only
  • Adult supervision required
